Managed Services Provider Announces Support for Microsoft’s Hyper-V and Extends Private Cloud Reach.

TORONTO, ON – March 16, 2010 – Fusepoint Managed Services, a leading provider of
outsourced managed IT and infrastructure services in Canada, today announced the launch of its
line of Private Cloud Hosting solutions and is extending its service capability to include Microsoft’s
Hyper-V virtualization technology.
Delivered from one of three data centres that are Tier 1 PCI, CICA 5970 and SAS70 Type II
certified, Fusepoint’s Private Clouds address data security, corporate governance and reliability
concerns for companies running mission-critical applications. The company has been supporting
other virtualization technologies, such as VMware, for several years and has realized strong
